 NMP is developing a 2.6 acre riverfront site located in Glenwood Springs, CO.  The development will consist of high-end residential for sale units ranging from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet.  The units will be situated along the banks of the famed Roaring Fork River.  

NMP was retained as a consultant for the mixed-use & townhome phases of Fourth Street Crossing, located in Silverthorne, CO. Responsibilities include managing all of the sales and marketing efforts, setting up and managing the intricacies of the HOA, and acting as the owner's rep for the overall development of the project. 

NMP was retained as a consultant for IN.HABITANCE, a mixed-use community featuring condos and retail located in Silverthorne, CO. Responsibilities include managing all of the sales and marketing efforts, setting up and managing the intricacies of the HOA. 

Riverside Gardens is an all-age manufactured home community located in Cottage Grove, OR. This property was purchased in June 2022 as part of our strategy of accumulating attractive risk-adjusted MHPs along the west coast. 

Camas is a age restricted 55+ manufactured home community located in Creswell, OR. This property was purchased in June 2022 as part of our strategy of accumulating attractive risk-adjusted MHPs along the west coast. 

Harmony is an all-age manufactured home community located in Chico, CA consisting of 29 units. The lack of affordable housing options in Chico coupled with robust population growth and a tight rental market averaging 98% occupancy makes Harmony an attractive risk-adjusted investment. 

Orolake is an all-age  manufactured home community located in Oroville, CA. The lack of affordable housing options in Butte county coupled with robust population growth and a tight rental market averaging 98% occupancy makes Orolake an attractive risk-adjusted investment. 

Gumtree is an all-age manufactured home community located in Yuba City, CA. The lack of affordable housing options in Sutter county coupled with robust population growth and a tight rental market averaging 99% occupancy makes Gumtree an attractive risk-adjusted investment. 

Valdez is a an all-age manufactured home community located in Valdez, AK consisting of 170 pads. This was a unique investment strategy that included attractive assumable FNMA debt and purchased from a distressed fund facing floating rate debt exposure on separate properties and required liquidity.
